Ord. No. 16-11-49, § 1, adopted Nov. 28, 2016, abolished the Berkeley County Special Fire District Advisory Commission codified at § 62-112 of the Code. The county special fire district shall now be operated as an administrative division of the county. Former § 62-112 derived from Code 1985, § 18-31(a), (b).
