§ 59-7. Amendments.

(a)

Amendments to this chapter shall be proposed by the planning commission or shall be submitted for approval, disapproval, or suggestions by the planning commission before being enacted.

(b)

The county council may adopt amendments to this chapter, provided that a public hearing shall be held, notice of which is given 30 days in advance in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.
